The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings will be replaced by the
Regional Delegate Assembly as of May 7, 2002. An exception to this is the
Ordinary and Extraordinary Election of New Officers. Election of New Officers
shall be convened every four years. The General Meeting is public. Active
members have the right to vote at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Election of
New Officers. Non-voting members, non-member professionals registered at BÉK,
the President of the Chamber of Hungarian Architects, all guests invited by the
President with the right to consult may participate the meeting with
deliberative rights. Where the Articles of Association or the law refer to an
Ordinary or Extraordinary General Meeting, it shall mean the Regional Delegate
Assembly.
